Can I convert if my family won't allow me to practice the faith?

I am currently a Seventh-Day Adventist, but lately, I’ve found that I disagree with some of the emphasized beliefs. I’ve been exploring Catholicism, and have considered conversion, but I’ve also discovered that my mom is strongly opposed to me deviating from the SDA faith. All things considered, I won’t be able to attend a Catholic church, nor will I be able to get baptized because I have never been baptized before. Does this mean I can’t officially be considered Catholic even if I want to convert at this point?
