Can I remain in the Catholic Church if I don't agree with all her teachings?

I converted to the Catholic faith about seven years ago. My wife and I wanted to make sure our kids were raised in one Church. I have always loved the Catholic Church but struggled with a couple of her teachings. I know I am not the only Catholic to have this problem, but I can’t help but feel hypocritical. Can I truly remain in the church, if I can not accept one of her teachings? (Example of struggle: Some forms of contraception: condoms, and vecectimy).
