Can non-Catholics use sacramentals?

Is the wearing of the scapular and praying of the rosary only for baptized Catholics? I plan to start RCIA very soon. I was curious as whether it was okay for me to wear a scapular and pray the rosary.

Yes, certainly you may wear a scapular and pray the rosary. You may even have them blessed by a priest if you like:

While blessings are to be imparted primarily to Catholics, they may be given also to catechumens and, unless there is a prohibition by the Church, even to non-Catholics (canon 1170, Code of Canon Law).

Sacred objects, set aside for divine worship by dedication or blessing, are to be treated with reverence. They are not to be made over to secular or inappropriate use, even though they may belong to private persons (canon 1171).
