Can someone pursuing IVF receive Communion?

If a married couple is Catholic and they get fertility treatments, including in-vitro fertiilization, can they still participate in Communion?

They should not do so, since the Church has stated that IVF is “morally unacceptable” (CCC 2377), and the couple is choosing to ignore the Church’s teaching on this issue. What should restrain them from receiving Communion until they reconcile with God and the Church is their own personal integrity, which prevail upon them to avoid receiving Communion when they know they should not.
