Good news. Conservatism is gaining momentum in the Church again.

Here’s the latest from the mind of Sandro Magister’s “Chiesa”:

The End of a Taboo: Even Romano Amerio Is “A True Christian”

Amerio was the leading figure of the traditionalist opposition in the Church of the twentieth century, and was punished for this through a general ostracism. But now it turns out that his central thesis is the same as that of Benedict XVI – who wants to make peace with the Lefebvrists

Let us pray that the SSPX schism be healed, and that evil receives a severe blow from His Holines Pope Benedict XVI.

The schism could be healed easily if SSPX admit their errors, repent and submit to Rome.

Of course. No argument here.

It depends what you mean by errors. The SSPX do not teach heresy, but by teaching that you should disobey Rome they are teaching an error. Disobedience is always bad.
