This is similar to what I was thinking.
I wouldn’t not pray for him. Somebody posted on Facebook “rot in hell” instead of “rest in peace” and needless to say I don’t agree with that.
As someone else suggested, he might be in heaven right now looking down at us. Somebody might be telling him, “Charles, you had a hard life, but the Lord understood.”
But I’d pray for the Manson victims, as well as Mel Tillis, Della Reese, David Cassidy, and others, before I’d pray specially for Charles Manson. The only reason I know who he is is because of actions he performed that I consider sins. There’s probably somebody’s parent or grandparent out there, who might have been a wonderful spouse, parent, or grandparent, whom I don’t even know because they didn’t kill anybody, who’s equally deserving of prayer.
