Christian evangelist Ravi Zacharias dies at 74.

Born in India and raised Hindu, he converted to Christianity back when he was a teenager.

He moved to Toronto Canada and became a professor of Comparative Religious Studies at the University of Toronto. He eventually formed his own ministry and many of the talks he gave all over the world, were recorded and available on YouTube.

For me, he was the best non-Catholic preacher I have ever heard or read.

I’m sorry to hear that. He lived a good life, though. I pray that God has mercy on him. Amen.

Ravi Zacharias book, “Jesus Among Other Gods,” was the first time I read his work

It was excellent and provides a look at how Jesus was not like the Buddha or Krishna or Mohammed, but God the Son.

Never been a fan of his, but may he rest in peace.

Sad news, I really enjoyed a lot of his talks and wisdom. Will pray for his soul and his family :yellow_heart:

He now knows the full truth and may God reward him in eternity for his labors and defense of Christ.

Eternal rest, grant unto him O Lord
and let perpetual light shine upon him.

May he rest in peace. Amen.

May his soul and the souls of all the faithful departed,
through the mercy of God, rest in peace.

Amen. May his knowledge live on with those who hear him preach.
