God bless,

Whenever such so-called “artists” cry censorship, I always like to point out that they only say “freedom of expression” because it’s not their sacred cows being made into second-rate sloppy Joe’s.

If I were to, say, do a caricature of Martin Luther King Jr. as a lawn jockey outside Democrat headquarters–an entirely legitimate, if trenchant, criticism of the Civil Rights movement’s politicization–they’d suddenly discover they’re in favor of censorship.
