I may be wrong but I had heard the Praeconium Exsultet was the same as Praeconium Paschale - Exsultet

Are you looking for English or Latin? The sheet music, or a recording? In any case, try going here and entering “Christmas proclamation” in the Search window at the top right. Look through the results; I’ll bet you find what you want.

Incidentally, the Christmas proclamation and the Exultet are completely different things.
