Councils divine?

I was wondering if Councils are infalliable in their decrees, does this mean that the council documents are devinely inspired like the bible? Thanks and God bless.

No, the Bible is an affirmative inspiration–one that inspires the writer with new revelation.

Councils contain a negative protection, in that they are simply prevented from binding the faithful to falsehood–no new revelation is given. Everything about it is 100% human, except the fact those humans are bounded by a divine “wall” so to speak.
