Dana Needs Emergency Prayers. This is very critically urgent

#1

I got word that this lady named Dana needs critically urgent prayers. I am going to tell you what my friend said has happened. It is long so bear with me please.

Dana first had a sore throat back in September. It lasted two days, she ate a couple of oranges, went to bed and felt better and seemed fine. Then she started to notice she was getting what looked like blood blisters under her skin.
**first she had a sort throat in sept.
It turned out that the sore throat had been a streptococcal infection and this remained in her system. It attacks the veins and arteries causing them to swell and that in turn led to vasculitis. Her whole body swole up horribly and there were days when she could barely move or walk.
****From there the bacteria got into her bones causing her joints to ache severely and leaving her with rheumatic fever - which in turn weakens the heart. ****
Finally there came a day a few weeks ago when I took her to the emergency room at the hospital (there had been several doctors visits and emergency room trips during this period) I too her there after Dana was having bright red blood in her urine. They told us this was residual bleeding, sent her home and said she needed to see a kidney specialist.
The following Monday (the first working day) I made an appointment at 3.30pm at the local GP office explaining at the time she needed to be referred to a kidney specialist. At 5pm on that Monday she was finally seen - although the Dr’s seemed to think that somehow she was trying to play Drs off against nurses and nobody actually looked at her urine or ran any tests - and she was again sent home. It was too late by then to get an appointment with a specialist. The following day I went back to the surgery, explained fully that from my perspective Dana was very ill and not being treated properly and was assured they would get the appointment, call me and let me know. After I called them back several times that day and the next they finally gave us an appointment for 22nd January.
A few days on from this Dana was again very very swollen, in intense pain and unable to move. The crunch came when her dog chance rested his head on the bed and nuzzled his nose under her hand and her tears were streaming because she could not pet her beloved dog. I took her again to the hospital and this time she was admitted.
Within a couple of days they had determined that Dana has what is called post-streptococcal glomerulonephritis - the disease is caused by the bacteria from the the strep throat it attacks the blood vessels of the kidneys and also damages the lower chamber of the heart. All of the previous medical history is classic symptoms of this disease. Many tests have been run, kidney biopsies taken etc. and her kidneys were swollen to three times their normal size and her blood pressure was elevated.
On Friday of last week Dana called me at home to say the kidney specialist had seen her - and they were keeping her for four more days .I went in to see her to find her packed and ready to come home. The GP had agreed she could come home for the weekend.
At first she was not responding to any treatments but towards the end of the week they managed to get her stabilised. As you will know we have also recently fostered Dana’s two nephews so I have been juggling hospital, the boys, the house, her family and financial issues all at the same time.
**She was ok during the day on the Friday but woke up not feeling well on the Saturday. By the Saturday afternoon she had deteriorated quite a bit and I was just talking to her about maybe having to take her back to the hospital - she had bad headaches - she took a vicodin - when she had a seizure in my arms. **
****so that is all that has been going on, her liver getting a bit better she not urinating that much red right now but everything else is bad. ****

**Please keep Dana and her family and friends in your prayers right now. They are in desperate need of them. **

Our Father, who art in Heaven,
hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come,
thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread,
and forgive us our trespasses
as we forgive those who trespass against us,
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
Amen

**Hail Mary full of grace the Lord is with thee. **
**Blessed art thou amongst women **
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus
**Holy Mary, Mother of God **
**pray for us sinners now **
**and at the hour of our death. **
Amen.

Glory Be To The Father and to The Son and to The Holy Spirit, As it is now and ever shall be world without end. Amen
