Pfft… good luck with that one. :rolleyes: I don’t imagine a city council could trump the First Amendment.

Let’s not wish them any more luck. They’ve gotten enough to go their way already.

…And the boots of ‘tolerance’ stamp on other’s rights once again.

Is anyone really surprised?

Increasingly it seems, the homosexual lobby trumps the First Amendment. DC is not a particularly favorable environment for religious schools.

Hope they don’t get away with this. Wonder if it is headed to the Supreme Court.
