Deliverance from financial oppression

Believe it or not the Catholic Church is not a strong in Canada as it is in the United States (Washington State). Lately my wife and I have been going south of the border to attend weekly mass because in our home parish we had a priest who was marrying couples who were not approved by the Marriage Tribunal… thirty couples in our parish alone who were joined before resolving their previous divorces with proper annullments. Some of these people had and still have paid positions in the Catholic Church in the province of BC. Also, there too many deaths and serious misfortunes, and our Archdiocese seems void of healing miracles. Our Cathedral in Vancouver is surrounded by Skid Row… Consequently there seems to be more of an academic administrative aspect to our church up here. We petition for work but nothing changes … we live in constant fear. Recently we were caught up financially with someone who came to us as a Catholic but turned out to be mired really deeply into the occult. That’s how it’s been with us… We fear destitution and homelessness… We are praying for protection from these forces… We are asking for prayer for the Archdiocese of Vancouver and ourselves. God bless you all.

Father, hear our prayers for the salvation of the world. Grant mercy to all souls that turned away from you. Open their hearts and minds with your light.

Gather your children from the east and the west, from the north and the south. Have mercy, O God, on those who do not know you. Bring them out of darkness into your light. You are our saving God Who leads us in our salvation. Protect us from evil.

We bless and praise you, O Lord. Hear our prayers and answer us. You, our Savior, are the hope of all the ends of the earth and the distant seas. May your way be known upon earth. Among all nations Your salvation.

We put the world in your hands. Fill us with your love and grant us peace through Christ, Our Lord. Amen.

Holy Michael the Archangel defend us in the day of battle.
Be our safeguard against the wickedness and snares of the devil.
May God rebuke him, we humbly pray,
and do Thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host,
by the Power of God,
thrust down to hell satan and all the wicked spirits,
who wander through the world for the ruin of souls.
Amen.

Remember, O most loving Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone fled to your protection, implored your help, or sought your intercession and was left forsaken. Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To you I come, before you I stand, a sorrowful sinner. Despise not my words, O Mother of the Word, but in your mercy, hear and answer me.
Amen

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

Prayer to St. Joseph for the Unemployed

O Saint Joseph, we pray to you for those who are out of work, for those who want to earn their living or support their families.

You who are the patron of workers; grant that unemployment may vanish from our ranks; that all those who are ready to work may put their strength and abilities in serving their fellowmen and earn a just salary.

You are the patron of families; do not let those who have children to support and raise lack the necessary means. Have pity on our brothers and sisters held down in unemployment and poverty because of sickness or social disorders. Help our political leaders and captains of industry find new and just solutions. May each and every one have the joy of contributing, according to his abilities, to the common prosperity by an honorable livelihood. Grant that we may all share together in the abundant goods God has given us and that we may help underprivileged countries. Amen.

Praying for you for relief of your financial burdens.

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession, was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To thee do I come, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy, hear and answer me. Amen

:signofcross:

I shall pray asking God to help you on your troubles, but really, God isn’t going to help anyone with money, and that superstitious belief, on which you stated, a “man of the occult” is giving you these troubles, doesn’t quite match reality, witchcraft doesn’t work, our problems and pains are of this world itself, we are not in Heaven yet, and thus, we must suffer this life, for a better life with God afterwards, expect perfection and eternal happiness here is always a mistake. Also miraculous cures are something so rare and worthy of saints, you expect to see it happening by the lot in your diocese?
