Differences in Graduate level programs

I am looking in to studying theology but am a bit baffled with all the options out there. I can not quite figure out what the differences between a Masters of Arts in Theology, a Masters of Theological Studies, and a Master's of Divinity (or Bachelor of Sacred Theology), are. Does anyone here know?

A Masters in Theology from a Catholic University would be under scrutiny by the Bishop - sometimes programs are renamed to include more ecumenical study. These programs - religious studies, etc do not necessarily come under the full purview of the Bishop - or at least that is how one of our professors explained it to us.
