Diocese of St. Petersburg Presents: Symposium on Sacrosanctum Concillium

I recently saw this link on Rocco Palmo’s twitter feed. Archbishops Gregory Wilton and Gregory Aymond headline talks on the liturgy. Both talks are really enlightening, especially with Archbishop Wilton, who has a doctorate in Liturgy, giving some historical background.

Skip past the 40 minute mark to hear the talks.

Sounds interesting.

Sacrosanctum Concilium is definitely one of the Council’s hidden gems, though Lumen Gentium, Nostra Aetate, Gaudium et Spes and Dignitatis Humanae get all the attention.

Just as a clarification–the Archbishop of Atlanta’s name is The Most Rev. Wilton Gregory. His first name is Wilton and his last name is Gregory.

Ooh, oops! Thanks for catching that! Wilton Gregory and Gregory Aymond – can get confusing when typing or saying too fast.
