Do Aliens from other planets need Jesus?

I can’t get past this doubt. Please understand I am asking this because of the exclusivity of acceptable divinity being said to be centered on the historical Jesus. If there is intelligent life on other planets, wouldn’t they all go to whatever hell is once they stepped outside perfection. Or did God perhaps send them someone? And if God sent them someone, why is it so far out of the rhealm of possibility that god would send more than one person here on this world? Lastly, if a religion is true, wouldn’t it be necessary for it to be true everywhere on not just on one planet?
