Do u boycott thinks like
Yes, I have. I boycotted an icecream store, along with thousands of others nationally, until they stopped funding Planned Parenthood. It took a couple years, but they finally did stop.
I’ve quit eating Snickers because of their Super Bowl commercial.
I only boycott Starbucks, b/c 1) corporate is one of Planned Parenthood’s top ten donors and they have a matching funds program for their employees donating to it, and 2) I love Barnie’s and Starbucks put all our local Barnie’s out of business. Am bitter. Very bitter.
The #1 gives me pro-lifer cred, b/c I haven’t joined the other boycotts. I tend to think “Our quest is vain!” (ten points for the reference) when it comes to reversing RvW in the US, or reversing public opinion (and thus corporate support), b/c when something is convenient, people don’t give it up.
That and I like my Easy Mac. A perfect illustration of the last sentence.
I boycott Eckerd Drug because it fired a pharmacist who would not dispense the Day After pill; Levi Strauss because of its pro-abortion activism; anything from the Virgin franchise because I just plain disagree with Dick Branson’s ethics and worldview; and the March of Dimes and the Susan Komen Foundation because of their contributions to Planned Parenthood.
Currently Kodak and Ikea.
Previously P&G and Nestles, who “reformed” though I hear Nestles is back to its old tricks.
I boycott but not for religious reasons (as my sig makes obvious). I boycott companies like Kleenex for clearcutting ancient growth forests to make their tissues…it takes about 90 years worth of growth to make ONE box of kleenex. I’m more environmentally motivated
I boycott Disney in all its many companies including ABC.
1: Da Vinci Code
2: CDs that can destroy cd drives in computers
There is a company called Arbonne - networking marketing type.
Does anybody know anything about its moral standings?
Ford has been part of a boycott list for years because of its support the gay agenda. AFA has been running the boycott and Ford refuses to change its policies even though it is losing thousands of customers.
So you wouldn’t recommend a Sony Vaio laptop??
I try to, particularly regarding moral issues. I recently moved my IRA to Ave Maria funds, which attempts to choose companies based on their adherence to Catholic teachings.
I most definitely boycott! First and foremost, spiritual/religious/moral reasons, environmental reasons (God’s creation), and justice.

We have just about dropped all Johnson and Johnson products which is extensive!!!
We boycott many others and are working towards even more, but the list goes on and on, but there are alternatives out there!
It is important to contact the companies so they are aware of what you are doing and why! We are in the process of leaving Wachovia and plan to call the CEO.
I personally spoke with employees at our local Wachovia about March of Dimes and this year I was told that not one of them supported it or would participate in the walk!
WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
May the Holy Spirit guide and strengthen all of us to make a difference!
United Way: support of abortion clinics and non-support of those nonprofits that are not gay-friendly.
As much as possible: any company that has put Americans out of work while having products and services produced in Asian sweatshops. Going off shore costs them less, but how many of them have passed this savings on to the American consumer?
Starbucks: Didn’t like the coffee and can’t afford the prices.
Wells Fargo and Countrywide: They contributed to my problems including ruination of my credit and loss of my home.
