Do you think a person can sin after they die? Romans 6:7

Romans 6:7 Anyone who has died has been set free from sin.

I understand he’s talking about being crucified along with Christ, but after physical death, can a person sin?

Only in time can things really change, except under certain circumstances (like the creation of the angels and Purgatory). Because when we die we enter eternity, we are no longer able to change ourselves (souls in Purgatory cannot do anything to get themselves out, that’s why it’s so important to pray for them), and thus we cannot take any actions and thus we can not sin.
