Documentation of a convalidation by senation of a civil marriage?

Is there a document available to prove that a couple’s civil marriage was convalidated by senation? I hope I am using these terms correctly.

It would be noted in the Catholic’s baptismal record and entered on a certificate of baptism.

And, if it’s not there, the diocesan chancery should have a record of the sanation.
