Does anyone know the name to this processional chant?

Does anyone know the processional chant from the Litany of the Sacred Heart on EWTN? I'd like to find the words to this chant.

The words are
Cor Jesu, caritatis victima, venite adoremus.
Gloria Patri, et Filio, et Spiritui Sancto.

Heart of Jesus, victim of charity; go ye, let us adore [him].
Glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit.

Let me know if you want the music.

No problem, glad I could help! I wasn't familiar with that chant, it's very cool. I'm happy you brought it to my attention.

By the way, my bad -- venite adoremus is, of course, "come ye," not "go ye." Exactly the same as in Adeste fideles: "O come let us adore him." I don't know what I was thinking.

If you watch EWTN with CC “closed captioning” you will be able to have the words on the screen. I am not hearing impaired but i often have closed captioning on especially when it’s in Latin!
