Does the Church commemorate the flight into Egypt?

On what date does the Church observe the flight into Egypt by the Holy Family? The U.S. Post Office has issued a stamp for Christmas 2012 depicting the event, but I can’t find much information as to when and how it is observed by the Church.

The Holy Family’s flight into Egypt happened concurrently with the martyrdom of the Holy Innocents (the baby boys in Bethlehem murdered by King Herod in his attempt to kill the baby Messiah). The feast of the Holy Innocents customarily is observed on December 28, three days after Christmas.
