Does the seal of confession also apply to non-Catholics?

If a non-Catholic confides to a priest in the confessional, is the priest still bound to the seal of confession or does this only apply to Catholics?

The seal of confession is absolute. If a non-Catholic is admitted to sacramental confession, his confession will be protected by the same seal as anyone else’s confession.
