Ephesian 4:30

And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, with whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.- Ephesian 4:30

Has anyone felt that they have “grieved the Holy Spirit” in the past? What is the answer- to try to change so it doesn’t happen again?

Also, can we recover if we have “grieved the holy spirit?” I read someone’s sermon that described grief as “anger mixed with love,” or anger modified with love. Grieving the Holy Spirit
