ESPN decides to run 'Hope' ad after all

For those who are not familiar with this story:

  1. ESPN refused to run the commercial because it mentioned the word Jesus and reference to God around Christmas saying it violated some code of theirs.

  2. The Hospital then revised the commercial to remove all references to God in it

  3. ESPN then reversed their position and decided to go with the original commercial.

ESPN is apparently owned by Disney.

I’ll wait to see how they portray Jesus and what they mean by ‘hope’.

Wow, we’re not allowed to use the word “Jesus” not even during Christmas!

It’s an ad from a Catholic hospital
Here watch it for yourself.

They claim to avoid political and religious ads and propganda.

Except for having Obama pick his march madness brackets, and the ads pushing Obamacare, of course.

I think the criticism of ESPN pushed them to run the original ad.
