Ethnic Liturgies Permissible?

Is it permissable for African American dance and music to be performed during the Holy Mass in honor of Black History Month?

Does one bow to the cup if it is empty and covered by the priest during Communion?

Generally the answer is no unless the majority of the people attending the Mass would be African American and if it were their normal Mass. In short, one does not drag in cultural adaptations from other cultures.

Thanks for the replies! The congregation is about 15% African American. Would that qualify? For Dance  ?
