Can anyone elaborate on Father J-Glenn Murray. He was the speaker for our parish Mission week. Some statements were questionable according to the magisterium .

thank you

Did Mr. Magisterium make an appearance and say something about his comments?

I don’t know who Mr. Magisterium is sir. I referring to the teachings of the Catholic faith. I don’t need anymore ridiculous comments from you unless you want to act like an adult.

You might want to look at the forum rules.

Catholic Answers has an obligation to protect our members and assure that these Forums remain a respected internet discussion environment and a place in which members can feel secure in participating.

To achieve this, it has been necessary to ban certain topics and message content. The reasoning involved should be obvious in most cases; if you are unsure whether or not a particular subject falls within the scope of those that are banned, inquire of a moderator privately, before posting.

  1. Identifying individual parishes or clergy (including hierarchy) as “unfaithful to the Magisterium”, guilty of “liturgical abuse”, or otherwise engaged in unacceptable or unpopular practices, based on personal “knowledge” or opinion without publicly available documentation that such has been alleged

Thank you for the information. My intent is to recognize proper teachings of our Catholic faith. Do you suggest that I contact someone in Catholic Answers that can answer my questions.

I’m never to old to learn what teachings I should follow what it pretains to my beloved church.

thank you
