Fetal tissues from non-elective abortion

Is the harvesting of tissues morally permissible if the fetus did not result from elective abortion but through natural miscarriage?

This would be a form of organ donation or donating a body to science. The Church does teach that we can do this, within limit.

If the parents give consent, in general it is not morally problematic.

Ah OK thank you.

I’ve been arguing with someone about use of fetal tissues in research.

(Dear God, please let PP get defunded.)
