For help with anxiety

Hello, although I have viewed many threads on this forum this is my first post. I am a 16 year old girl and I have struggled with OCD/Scrupulosity for years now. I honestly have to say I feel semi-guilty requesting a prayer intention for something like this when there are so many serious topics but I guess I just really need some help. Lately I have been so anxious and I just need to feel a Holy presence in my life more than anything. Specifically right now I am dealing with an episode of intense fear regarding the Unpardonable sin. So please, I guess I am just looking anywhere I can for some extra guidance to feel God’s presence in my life and to help me stop worrying so much. Thank you so very much if you read this and say a small intention for me, I couldn’t thank you enough.

God Bless.

Prayer said.

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle, be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray. And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

Prayer for a Miracle

God of all creation, you who spoke a simple command and brought forth light from
the darkness, I ask you now to send forth your miracle-working power to heal (catholicjla. You cleansed the lepers, opened the eyes of the blind and by
speaking a simple command, you empowered the crippled to rise up and walk.
You sent forth your life-giving power to all those in need, including those you raised from
the dead. I ask you to send forth your healing power into catholicjla’s body and give him the strength to fight his illness. I ask this through my Lord, Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, for ever and ever. Amen

Mother of Tranquility
and Mother of Hope,
look upon catholicjla in this time
of weakness and unrest.

Teach her searching heart
to know that God’s Love
for her is unchanging and
unchangeable, and, that
true human love can only
begin and grow by touching
His Love.

Let your gentle Peace -
which this world cannot give

  • be always with her.
And, help her to bring this
    same Peace into the lives
    of others.

Our Lady of Mental Peace,

  • Pray for us!
    Amen.

Jesus, Help Me!

In every need let me come to You with humble trust,
saying:
Jesus, help me!
In all my doubts, perplexities, and temptations:
Jesus, help me!
In hours of loneliness, weariness and trials:
Jesus, help me!
In the failure of my plans and hopes, in disappointments,
troubles and sorrows:
Jesus, help me!
When others fail me, and Your Grace alone can assist me:
Jesus, help me!
When I throw myself on Your tender Love as Savior:
Jesus, help me!
When my heart is cast down by failure, at seeing no good
come from my efforts:
Jesus, help me!
When I feel impatient, and my cross irritates me:
Jesus, help me!
When I am ill, and my head and hands cannot work and
I am lonely:
Jesus, help me!

Always, always, in spite of weakness, falls and short-
comings of every kind:
Most Sacred Heart of Jesus, help me and never forsake me!

Amen

Dear Cstholija,
First, Billy Graham said,“if you are worried about having committed the unpardonable sin, YOU HAVE NOT COMMITTED IT! It is a sin against the Holy Spirit. Denying His existence, His power or denying His works when you see them, may be part of it. And the person doesn’t csre. Example, an alcoholic has 2 ways of thinking. 1. God made me this way and I don’t need to chsnge. He adds other sins to the drinking. 2. A person is an alcoholic and hates it. He prays everyday for deliverence but still gets drunk. He’s on the floor crying for God’s help. See the difference. Now, both have chances to get to hesven. The #1. MAY BE COCKY BECAUSE OF THE booze He may be dying and start talking to God. I couldn’t find you God, I’ve messed up. Where were you? Forgive me. It is a prideful unrepentant heart that doesn’t get toheavrn. I just read about our heaven, next the Limbo of our Father’s, the Limbo of unbaptized infants, children and adults. I think there is another limbo before hell. Then, hell. God’s mercy is bigger than His judgrment. Th is a hyperlink in the thead where were souts before Chist died. Very interesting.
SO you didnot committ unforgiveable sin. When you pray at night, thint of your day, check veniel sin lIst, stand confess tO God. Repent. Mortal sins Google list or look in catechism. Go to confession, do penance, repent and sin no more.
“GOD IS NOT THE AUTHOR OF CONFUSION BUT OF A CLEAN MIND”.
JEREMIAH 29 / 11 Catholijca, I have a plan for you. It is a good plam. It has no evil. It has a future and a purpose.”. Read Epesians 3 14 to 21. Feel God’s love flow into you and feel cherished.

Prayer Against Depression
………….By St Ignatius of Loyola

O Christ Jesus
When all is darkness
And we feel our weakness and helplessness,
Give us the sense of Your Presence,
Your Love and Your Strength.
Help us to have perfect trust
In Your protecting love
And strengthening power,
So that nothing may frighten or worry us,
For, living close to You,
We shall see Your Hand,
Your Purpose, Your Will through all things.

Amen.

Let Nothing Disturb You

Let nothing disturb you,
Let nothing frighten you,
All things are passing away:
God never changes.

Patience,
Obtains all things,
Whoever has God
Lacks nothing:
God alone suffices.

Prayer for Anxiety

Heavenly Father, please grant me peace of mind and calm my troubled heart. My soul is like a turbulent sea. I can’t seem to find my balance so I stumble and worry constantly. Give me the strength and clarity of mind to find my purpose and walk the path you’ve laid out for me. I trust your Love God, and know that you will heal this stress. Just as the sun rises each day against the dark of night. Please bring me clarity with the light of God.

In your name I pray, Amen.

Prayers said for you!
