For My Calculus Quiz Tomorrow Morning

This is my last exam of the year and it can make or break my grade. I’ve struggled, but, I’ve maintained an A in the class through a lot of blood, sweat, and tears. But, since we have so little exams and points in the grade book, if I do poorly on this quiz, I could drop a whole letter grade. Now, I’ve studied, re-did homework, and I’m still scared. It often happens that I study and feel fine, but, forget everything once I get the test.

Please, pray that I do well tomorrow and that I won’t forget what I’ve spend so much time studying. And, pray for my friend who is also having to make two presentations and take an exam tomorrow. Thanks.

I have prayed for you and will pray more for you tomorrow morning.

Our Father, Who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.

Amen. †

Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the Fruit
of thy womb, Jesus.

Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of death.

Amen. †

Saint Michael, the archangel, defend us in battle,
be our defense against the wickedness and snares
of the devil, may God rebuke him, we humbly pray.
And do you, O’ Prince of the Heavenly host, by the
power of God thrust into Hell Satan and all the other
evil spirits who prowl about the world for the ruin of souls.

Amen. †

St. Thérèse of Liseux Prayer From “Story of A Soul”

May today there be peace within.
May you trust God that you are exactly where you are meant to be.
May you not forget the infinite possibilities that are born of faith.
May you use those gifts that you have received,
and pass on the love that has been given to you.
May you be content knowing you are a child of God.
Let this presence settle into your bones,
and allow your soul the freedom to sing, dance, praise, and love.
It is there for each and every one of us.

Amen. †

Lord, thank you that you are with me right now.
Your love surpasses all fear.
I give you the anxiety I feel.
I surrender all my worries to you.
Clear my mind;
Calm my heart;
Still my Spirit;
Relax my being, that, I may
always glorify you in everything
I write, speak and do.

Amen. †

I prayed for you two!

I found that for the stuff I can’t remember in calc (such as the meaning of the differential if you’ve studied that, the mean value theorem, etc.), it’s helpful to write a separate sheet of those to look over again and again.

In any case, I wish you two the best!

I pray that God will help you to remember your studies well, to think clearly, and to be free from anxiety.

I pray also for your very busy friend.

Praying you will do good on your exam.

St. Thomas Aquinas, patron of scholars, intercede for the original poster and friends during their time in school. Help the op during the upcoming calculus quiz to think clearly and find the answers. Give guidance and calm the friend’s nerves during the presentations. Amen.

Prayer Before Exams

My God, enable me to trust in the good outcome
of the test I am about to take;
help me to contribute my own share
of optimism and confidence.
With your grace, my God,
I hope to crown my efforts with success.
Keep far from me at this moment
any presumption that it all depends
exclusively on me.
You are next to me, my God,
the necessary and welcome presence
in all the moments of my life.
I will take this test, my God,
because it is important
for my personal development.
My God, be the source of my inspiration
in my doubts and uncertainties,
supporting me with your blessing.
Amen.
