For my shipwrecked faith life

Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless, and the treasury of compassion inexhaustible,
look kindly upon us, and increase your mercy in us,
that in difficult moments, we might not despair nor become despondent,
but with great confidence, submit ourselves to your holy will,
which is love and Mercy itself.
Amen…

For the intentions of @utunumsint, O Lord, we pray:

Our Father, Who art in heaven, hallowed be Thy Name. Thy Kingdom come, Thy Will be done, on earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us. Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Hi Katherine438, Irishmom2, Minks, and everyone else who has posted,

Thank you for your ongoing prayers. I have noticed every post and I appreciate your kindness and charity.

To report in, I want you all to know that I am doing much better now. My faith is rattled in the sense that I don’t much believe in any one person or group of people either within the church or outside if. Everyone appears to be blind. No one appears to have any answers to the problems that plague us.

But God is still center stage in my life. We still pray as a family. I still follow him, though it feels like I am blind and I have no idea whether he is leading me to a good place or not. I still say the prayer “Jesus I trust in you, Jesus I trust in you, Lord Jesus, I love you.”

I the past, when things have been at their darkest, God has at times sent us miracles, such as Fatima, to show us his presence. To show us he still cares about his children. That gives me hope.

Then there are you folks who have been faithfully praying for me - 82 posts! You are clear indications of God’s presence. So thank you.

Although I feel blind, I do feel cared for.

I also feel a little spoiled. I am doing better now, so if you still feel called to pray for me, although I appreciate it and will be grateful, I am sure you could be sending out your prayers to people far more in need than I am right now.

At any rate, I will know where to find a life boat if I start to feel like I am drowning again. LOL

God bless - and thank you!
