For The Soul of Jeff

Please pray for the peaceful repose of the soul of Jeff who passed earlier today. Jeff lost his five-year battle with Hodgkins Lymphoma this morning, he was my niece Carla`s husband and if you could pray for Our Lord to comfort Carla and the family as well it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank-You all and God Bless!

O God, the Creator and Redeemer of all the faithful, grant to the soul of Thy departed servant Jeff the full remission of all his sins, that through our pious supplications he may obtain that pardon which he has always desired, Thou Who livest and reignest world without end. Amen.

V. Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord.
R. And let perpetual light shine upon him.
V. May the Divine Assistance remain always with us.
R. And may the souls of the faithful departed, through the mercy of God, rest in peace.

Amen.

For Jeff’s family…

Memorare
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession was left unaided. Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my mother. To thee do I come, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer me. Amen.

Loving God, raise Jeff to Eternal Life and let him share in Your Glory. Let those who grieve his passing be comforted by Your Holy Presence among them. Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord; and let perpetual light shine upon him. May he rest in peace. Amen.

Lord, please grant strength and comfort to this family in mouring. May their faith in You help them through this time of sorrow. Amen.
