For the souls in Purgatory

Hi CAF community,

If you would, after the Rosary, after the Salve Regina, please pray this prayer for the souls in Purgatory:

Most blessed St. Joseph, terror of demons, loving spouse to the Blessed Virgin and tender father to our Lord Jesus Christ,
seeing that it pleased the Divine Will to place our Lord under your authority on earth,
and the assurance that it pleases Him now in heaven,
we humbly implore your intercession for the poor souls in Purgatory,
that, by your help, they may be freed from their pains, and rest eternally in the presence of Divine love,
through Christ our Lord. Amen.

If you do decide to pray this prayer, please don’t forget it.

Benedicat Deus,
Latinitas

Amen!

Hail Mary, Full of Grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and blest is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen.:angel1:

O Gentle Heart of Jesus, ever present in the Blessed Sacrament, ever consumed with burning love for the holy souls in Purgatory, have Mercy on them. Please let drops of your Most Precious Blood fall upon the devouring flames and Merciful Savior, please send your angels to accompany them to a place of refreshment, light, and peace. Amen!

Our Father, Who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

Praying.

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.

Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread.

And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.

Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.

Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.

Amen.

My Jesus,
by the sorrows Thou didst suffer in Thine agony in the Garden,
in Thy scourging and crowning with thorns,
on the way to Calvary,
in Thy crucifixion and death,
have mercy on the souls in purgatory,
and especially on those that are most forsaken;
do Thou deliver them from the terrible torments they endure;
call them and admit them to Thy most sweet embrace in paradise.

Amen.

I already prayed my Rosary for the day (and the prayers I say after the Rosary,) but I just prayed the prayer you posted.

***Hail Mary,
Full of Grace,
The Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit
of thy womb,
Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death
Amen.

Eternal God , in whom mercy is endless,
and the treasury of compassion inexhastible ,
look kindly upon us and increase Your mercy in us ,
that in difficult moments we might not despair
nor become despondent , but with great confidence ,
submit ourselves to Your Holy Will ,
which is love and mercy itself . Amen

Memorare (Prayer to Our Lady)
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help, or sought your intercession, was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To you do I come, before you I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in your mercy, hear and answer me. Amen

Amen.
