#1

John 15: 13

“No one has greater love than this, to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.”

Tragic deaths over this past weekend …
Today these officers are being remembered before 20,000 people.
This is being covered by all local stations.

Prayers for all, please, families, friends and all in law enforcement.

Eternal rest grant unto them, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon them.
May they rest in peace. Amen.

Our Father, Who art in heaven,
Hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come.
Thy Will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil. Amen.

Lord, may these four police officers who died so tragically be safe in your loving eternal embrace and be at rest peacefully in heaven with you, their Blessed Mother, and all the angels and saints. Comfort their living family members in their grief and give them the strength and courage to serve you still with love for you and confidence in your paternal care. May they grow closer to knowing you and your merciful love through this unfortunate ordeal. I ask this in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
