Free Catholic xmas apologetic tools

#1

Hey everyone,

I am in Seven Sorrows a Catholic band. We do everything free for Christ, just to try to bring people closer to the faith (and what a better time to share than Christmas?). So do you know anyone (especially youth) who would like a cd, shirt, stickers, rosary, prayer cards…anything???

Please pray for us (donations would be nice too to cover costs, so we can keep giving away to those who can’t afford).

Go to the merch page!

If you want to listen first you can go here for a few songs, or our website for all of them. Our music goes from hard stuff kids will love to acoustic stuff grandma will love.

God Bless You all!!!

Beautiful idea. May God continue to bless your ministry. Ever make it to Arkansas?

I’m certain that’s what he meant:

[quote=Michelle Arnold in the “Ask and Apologist” Forum]The X in Xmas is shorthand for Christ because the X recalls the Greek letter chi, the first Greek letter in the word Christos or “Christ.” Chi is the “X” in the chi-rho symbol for Christ, the “P” representing the Greek letter rho that is the second Greek letter in Christ’s name. Understood in this way, there is nothing wrong with abbreviating the word Christmas to Xmas.

Yes but not by posting the same thing to 4 different topics on the same forum.

Thanx Dr., I didn’t know it would take a Dr. to figure out the “X”. Man, getting attacked for everything these days.
