German law should be toughened to ease deportation of migrants, says Angela Merkel telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/europe/germany/12090750/German-law-should-be-toughened-to-ease-deportation-of-migrants-says-Angela-Merkel.html …
Compassion means giving refuge to desperate people. Justice means booting anyone out the minute that they start disrupting the order of the land that provided them with refuge.
‘Warn’ is not a strong enough word though. Merkel needs to vow that this is her immediate priority. Her ‘should be’ requires language that states that the law ‘must be’ changed and ‘shall be’ changed, and that the undocumented non-citizens shall be detained upon committing felonies indefinitely until such a time as that law changes.
Germans have built their country into a very decent and humane place to be in the post WWII era. There are enough people in the world who would be grateful beyond words for a chance to live there. Those contemptuous ones who have no gratitude for what Germany has provided them with need to be removed immediately. Yesterday is not soon enough for this to have occurred.
