Great catholic philosophers

Can you please name some pre 20th century catholic philsophers who contributed to arguments for the existence of God (exept Aquinas, Duns Scotus, Rene Descarte, Anselm and John Philoponus)?

Peter Kreeft

Wow, Kreeft must be a lot older than I thought.

It should be noted, Aquinas’ cosmological arguments were based on Jewish philosopher Maimonides, who in turn based his on Muslim philosopher Ibn Sina (Avicenna).

St Bonaventure

Haha. I thought the OP said 20th century Catholic Philosphers…

My bad.
