Great Flood in England

Please would you remember in your daily prayers or offer some work or kind act which is also prayer to Jesus for all those people in the United Kingdom who have been affected by the great flood. Many parts of the Uk are flood stricken. Some people have lost their lives, some their homes are badly damaged, as always it is the very young and very old who are suffering the most.

Please pray for those in their distress and suffering that they may have the courage to endure and that they may all come to Jesus and be consoled by His Holy Spirit. Let us ask the same for all those who are suffering around the world as in many places there is devastation either from heat, fire or flood.

Thank you and in the Living Prayer of my life.

Hail Mary full of grace the Lord is with thee blessed art thou among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary Mother of God pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Amen! :crossrc: :crossrc:

Prayers for those affected by the flooding.

Praying for these intentions.

They’re in my prayers. :gopray:

Praying for them.

May the Good Lord, give them the strength and will to grow in faith, hope and love

And also those in China dealing with the same waters…too much too quickly

I will pray for you…

Thank you all for your prayers. It looks as though we are now in for good weather, thank God. Please continue to pray for other countries that are enduring extremes of weather conditions and also for the people of the UK who are now trying to put their homes and lives back together.

Thank you so much

In my Living Prayer of life.

Extremes of weather everywhere in our world are kept in daily prayer…and yes, especially those in the UK who are trying to put their lives back together as flood water recede and hopefully will not rise again with more rain. I am always edified by people who suffer catastrophes, almost without exemption they show such courage and lack of self pity …
