I love reading the Charles Dickens,the Bronte sisters,Uncle Toms cabin amongst many others :slight_smile:

If you like historical novels there are Beneath a Scarlet Sky by Sullivan about the Italian resistance to the Nazis during WWII and The Nightingale by Hannah about the French resistance during the same period. Beneath a Scarlet Sky is a fictionalized account of a true story. We are so fortunate in the US to not have experienced Nazi occupation!
