Having some doubts

#1

Hi everyone. Could you all please pray for me? I am having some doubts about Christianity and Catholicism. Thank you in advance for your prayers.

#2

Dear Holly I ask Jesus to help you feel sure that He is truly with us and that you are not mistaken in following Him. I ask Jesus to help you sort things out. You’re going through a difficult time at present aren’t you.
Prayer and a hug, Trishie

Heavenly Father,

You created us in your image and gave us plenty. Thank you for all your people especially those who serve as vessels of the body of Christ. May the light of Christ shine upon this beloved person who petitions for your answer to her doubt. Per omnia saecula saeculorum. Amen.

Hail Mary,
full of grace,
the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women,
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb,
Jesus.
Holy Mary,
Mother of God,
pray for us sinners now,
and at the hour of our death.
Amen.

#5

Praying hard for the Holy Spirit to guide you Holly.

#6

Thanks everyone. Your prayers are greatly appreciated. :thumbsup:

Dear Lord, I pray that Holly could get to daily Mass, as that would be a great help to her. She’d be receiving your graces in such abundance it would help her banish her doubts and give her the strength for the journey to heaven she needs. Bless her and keep her true to her faith. Amen.

Thanks Ready. I will definitely make it to Mass this evening. I’m also going to confession this evening because I didn’t make it to Mass last weekend.

Thanks Cagrl.

#11

Hi everyone. I am having some doubts again. :frowning:

#12

That Holly’s doubts be washed away.

                      1.
                    ------

2.Have mercy on me, God;
for I am treated harshly;
attackers press me all thw day.
3.My foes treat me harshly all the day.
yes many are my attackers.
O Most High,4 when I am afraid,
in you I place my trust.
5.God, I praise your promise;
in you I trust, I do not fear
What can mere flesh do to me?

           2.
  1. All the day they foil my plans;
    their every thought is of evil against me.
  2. They hide together in ambush,
    they watch my every step;
    they lie in wait for my life.
  3. They are evil, watch them, God !
    Cast the nations down in your anger !
  4. My wanderings you have noted;
    are my tears not stored in your vial,
    recorded in your book ?
  5. My foes turn back when I call on you.
    This I know; God is on my side.
  6. God I praise your promise;
  7. in you I trust, I do nopt fear.
    What can mere mortals do to me ?
  8. I have made vows to you, God;
    with offerings I will fulfill them,
    14 Once you have snatched me from death,
    I kept my feet from stumbling,
    That I may walk before God, in the
    land of the living.

May God cast down your every doubt and bring you to happiness and peace, Holly.!

Hail Mary, Full of Grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou amongst women, and Blessed is the Fruit of Thy Womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now, and at the hour of our death. Amen.

Lord, You have instilled with our human hearts free will and the desire for spiritual lives. We often seek, therefore, Lord, and perhaps we may seek in the wrong places. Lord, please descend Your Holy Spirit upon this person, and guide him or her to wherever You may will him or her to go on their spiritual journey - wherever that may be, Lord, allow them to never stray from You and Your Truth. Through Jesus Christ, Our Lord, I pray. Amen.
