This is from the Cathechism:
998 Who will rise? All the dead will rise, "those who have done good, to the resurrection of life, and those who have done evil, to the resurrection of judgment.
What does “resurrection of life” really mean? For example, isn’t eternity in Hell still a form of life, or is “life” used metaphorically?
Also, what about those who have done both good and evil, in varying proportions? This would include everybody except Jesus himself (who is running the show, and beyond punishment). I mean, even the most pious person has sinned (done evil) in some little way.
I just wonder who is getting which resurrection.
