Hermits/Hermit Orders

#1

Diocesan hermits and hermit communities will be posted in this thread.

Each diocesan hermit is their own charism.

The Carthusians are a community with a vocation to solitude. They respect each others’ solitude, and refer to what is essentially a house as their cell. Some lay and diocesan hermits adapt Carthusian spirituality.
