How could Christ give us his Body

to eat before he had been crucified?

He did exactly that at the Last Supper. Christ's sacrifice is not bound by time or restricted by the boundaries of past or future.

Exactly! Christ said "This is my body", not "This will be my body".

Christ's sacrifice was for the sins of everyone, past, present, and future, for those willing to accept and follow him.

I imagine the same way he did/does it after the Crucifixion.

How could God create the universe out of nothing?

It is an eternal sacrifice for sins, past, present, future that converged in time when Christ said the words, "take and eat, this is My Body, take and drink, this is My Blood.

Christ, as God, is not bound by the constraints of time and place. He exists outside the laws of physics.
