How does a scrupulous person handle Confession (Part II)

My other thread was locked since it’s been over two weeks, but I wanted to give an update.

I went to Confession today and only confessed the sins that deep down I know are actually sins and not supposed sins my scrupulousity irrationally nags me about. After doing so, I also told the priest I just wanted to make a general Confession of the fact that I have a case of scrupulosity and that there are a lot of things I worry about being sins (I did this rather than reading a big list of all the “sins” off a piece of paper like I usually do). I think it went well. Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions to add?

AWESOME. Now every time you go it will get easier and easier.

well done you!
