Okay! I was asking how to respond to LGBT and questions I was not easily able to answer.
I thank you for everyone who has answer to the first one. I forgot to respond with love is not about sex. I have to remember to think of God as Love itself.
I have read through some of the answers but not all.
The second part which I am happy to see the view of transgender however how do I respond to those with both male and female parts and characteristics? I know of some cases where a baby was born with both female and male characteristics (I believe people can understand here what I mean). There have been cases where the parent chose or the doctor claims that the child is one sex and they raise that child to be for example female and later to find the child was more for example male or was born male but confused because of the situation as I said before. How does one answer to those situations and what is our answer, in simple terms, to those who question our beliefs as Catholics because of that?
Do we say that is okay for the child to change to the sex they were born as or do they continue to be the same sex they were raised to be?
I am sorry if this is confusing but this is one of the main answers I get when someone is explaining to me why transgender is morally correct and questions me on how I can answer to this with my beliefs.
More simple terms: If someone was born with both female and male parts and characteristics or even to the point of parents raising the child in their opposite sex, would transgender be okay in those situations? The child stays as the sex they were raised or changes with mental help to the sex they were met to be? I am not saying this as I am for transgender. I am with the Catholic Church. I just do not know how to respond to those who use this against me.
