I need some prayer support, please

After finally agreeing to no contact on Sunday, the priest concerned contacted me on Friday.Nothing personal, but contact nevertheless.I had just started getting over the whole situation, I had asked for and accepted God’s forgiveness, realised that what we had was as good as adultery.Everytime I have thought of him the past few weeks I would say a prayer to get these thoughts out of my mind, and now with the contact, the scab has opened.I am not going to contact him, but today, being Sunday ironically, it feels as if I am literally under attack.I might as well have not gone to mass, because I thought of him all the time, and to make matters worse, he was in a photo in our Catholic paper today, promoting their order. I really need some prayer support today, please.

My friend was in a similar situation so I understand your trouble.
Her situation was resolved quite successfully, because she was very determined to do things God wants and not the things they wanted.
Not an easy task, I must say.
I will keep you in my prayers. God bless.

You are in my prayers!:gopray2:

I will pray for you.

May the Holy Spirit guide and guard you keeping you close…

I’ll pray for you.

I am praying for you and asking St. Michael to be your protector during this difficult time. Persevere and remember with God all things are possible!

Jesus, you offer us a love that abounds, that heals, that brings forth new creation. Share this love with MCH in abundance, that she could cling to it during this time of trial. Be her constant companion when she feels emptiness. You know what is best for her and your Church and she too wants to please you. Give her strength to combat whatever temptations come at her.

We ask this through Christ Our Lord, Amen.

May peace and strength be yours through this tough time. May friends and family surround you with love and courage for you to use as you struggle with this journey on your faith.

Praying for you.

Praying for you.

Praying for you.

May God keep you tucked under His right arm
