If you divorce and tehn re-marry the same person can you accept communion

If you divorce and then re-marry the same person can you accept communion?

The Church does not recognize that divorce has any effect on the validity of a marriage. Its effects are only civil. If the marriage was considered a valid marriage by the Church then the divorce had no effect, and thus the couple was always considered married by the Church. In such a case, they are most certainly free to receive communion.
