In an emergency, how may I baptize someone?

I understand that the Church teaches that anyone can baptize in an emergency. How exactly does one go about doing this?

Simply take a glass of water (it must be water and not any other liquid) and say: “I baptize you in the name of the Father (Pour some water over the person’s forehead) and of the Son (Pour some more water over the forehead) and of the Holy Spirit (Pore more water over the forehead.).”

Actually, the water may be poured over the entier head if that is easier. That’s it.
