I have a friend who I am getting to stop read James Van Praagh New Agey “Christian” inspirational books and onto Catholic books. I am wondering if anyone has recommendations for inspirational book suggestions for women (or really good general Catholic inspirational books). Alot of things I am finding are directed at mothers and she doesn’t apply in this category. Thanks for any help!
My personal favorite is "Mother Angelica's Answers, Not Promises". Not sure if it's exactly what you're looking for, but I find it comforting and inspring!
Here are some I’ve found very inspirational:
*]Song for Nagasaki
*]Under Angels Wings, by Sister Maria Antonia
*]Left to Tell by Immaculee Ilibagiza
*]Flight of Faith by Frederick Beretta
These are all non-fiction, but very inspirational.
This isn’t Catholic, but it is Christian. I love Beth Moore books.
