Hi!
I am a 66 year old man in the UK. I converted recently to the Roman Catholic Church (I was received this last Easter)
I led a somewhat dissolute life when I was young and, although I am assured that by confessing and repenting of my sins all that is cleared, (and I DO accept this!) I would like to make a pilgrimage as a sort of personal penance.
I wonder if folks would pray for me as I plan this for perhaps next spring?
Thank you
Keith

Dear Keith,

Welcome to the Church!
and to CAF.
I thank God for the graces of faith and healing that God has gven you.
I ask God to continue to give a deepen your joy and grace in the Sacraments of the Church.

I ask God to continue to guide and bless you
as you love God above all and others with prayerful and practical love,
as Jesus requires according to the two great commands,
and in His own description of the judgement of souls by their practical charity (Matthew 25 verses 31-40).

Jesus please guide Keith in his choices and in his endeavours to live in ongoing conversion.

God bless you,

Trishie

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy Name.
Thy Kingdom come,
Thy will be done, on earth, as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread;
Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us.
Lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit,
as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed art thou among women
and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners now
and at the hour of our death. Amen
