Is Confirmation important?

I am 42 years old and I have been a catholic all my life. Teaching my son and daughter the catholic faith. They have all the sacraments except Confirmation. They do not like CCD anymore and I don’t like to force them into it. Still go to church but not every week.
How important really is Confirmation? Will it prevent them from belonging to a church or getting married catholic later? I really think the other sacraments were more important especially baptism and communion. Thoughts/advice please?
Thank you!
